In order to register to be an IKEA FAMILY member, the customer must be a resident in Philippines, and be at least 21 years old, on the date of registration.
Each customer may only register and own one (1) active IKEA Family membership at any one time. This membership is not transferable & can only be used by the rightful owner in Philippines. This membership is not a crossed border membership, i.e. cannot be used in IKEA Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand.
Customers who register to become IKEA Family members will have an eCard that can be downloaded to their phones or accessed via IKEA Family website.
To enjoy member's price and earn IKEA Family points, members must present their active IKEA Family eCard.
No IKEA Family points or member's price will be awarded if a valid IKEA Family eCard is not presented at the cashiers or a valid IKEA Family member ID is not keyed in during payment.
Every one (1) peso spent at the IKEA store/s entitles you to one (1) IKEA Family point. This is only for purchases of furniture, home furnishing products, purchases at the IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, Swedish Food Market or Café products. It does not include purchases of IKEA Gift Cards, neither does it include delivery/assembly/picking/sewing services.
Two hundred (200) IKEA Family points is equivalent to one (1) peso (P1.00). Points may be used to offset payment of purchases of home furnishing products, purchases of furniture, home furnishing products, purchases at the IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, Swedish Food Market or Café products. It cannot be used to offset purchase of IKEA Gift Cards and services such as but not limited to delivery, assembly, picking and sewing services. Customer can start using points to offset purchase when they have 200 points or P1.00
IKEA Family members must present a valid IKEA Family eCard to redeem two (2) discounted FAMILY meals at the IKEA restaurant, once per day.
When a member's IKEA Family eCard is lost, stolen or when there is a change of personal particulars, member is responsible for updating IKEA either through the IKEA Family member website or through IKEA staff at Customer Service in store or at Contact Center. If this is not done, IKEA will not be accountable for any consequences and loss of benefits and/or privileges.
All terms and conditions of IKEA's 'Return Policy' will apply to all purchases made by members. If a member refunds/returns any items for which IKEA Family points have been credited, corresponding number of IKEA Family points for the items returned will be deducted from the member's account (including 3x Birthday bonus point). A member is required to present the IKEA Family card when making a refund at the Exchange and Returns counter.
If a member refunds items which are part of the transactions used for full membership activation, IKEA reserves the right to ask for additional purchases to be made within the next thirty (30) days in order to meet the entry criteria. Failure to do so may result in the membership being revoked. In such cases, all IKEA Family points will be cancelled and membership reapplication will be subjected to the existing entry criteria.
The IKEA Family eCard is issued by & remains the property of Ikano (Philippines) Inc. Ikano (Philippines) Inc reserves the right to decline issue of a new eCard or withdraw an existing eCard at any time. Ikano Philippines Inc reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to alter and amend any of the conditions of the operation of the IKEA Family Programme without prior notice.
Reasonable grounds include any abuse or attempted abuse of the IKEA Family Programme; use or attempted use of an IKEA Family eCard in a manner which is contrary to these Terms and Conditions; and any reasonable suspicion or dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the Programme.

If you provide any personal information to us, you give us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, which may include messages via post, SMS or email.
