Donate your IKEA Family points to your chosen cause. For every 5,000 IKEA Family pledged points, ₱25 will be donated to your selected organization. 100% of the donation will be channelled to your chosen organization.

  1. Terms and Conditions

    This IKEA Family Do Good with Points (“Event”) is organised by Ikano Pte Ltd (“IKEA”). By participating in this campaign, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions below. Any questions or queries regarding the event can be sent to the customer service department at customerservice.ikeaph@ikano.asia or +63 2 8888 IKEA (4532)

    1. This event will run from 24 July 2023 to 23 July 2024 (both dates inclusive).
    2. All IKEA Family members with a valid IKEA Family account in Philippines, and have 5,000 or more points in their account will be able to plede and donate their points to their chosen organization. 100% of donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation.
    3. Points can be donated in denominations of 5,000 points (equivalent to 25 pesos) or 10,000 points (equivalent to 50 pesos).
    4. The following charity organisations are available for points pledge from 24 July 2023 to 23 July 2024:
      1. Teach for the Philippines
      2. Rise Against Hunger
      3. HERO Foundation
    5. Points pledge can only be made by IKEA Family members via their account in the IKEA Family website.
    6. Donations will be deemed as successful when the points pledged have been deducted from your IKEA Family account.

      All points pledged will be processed on the last day of the month and points will be deducted from the member’s account within the first 5 – 7 business days of the following month. A notification will be sent via your registered email address.

      e.g.
      If you made a pledge between 1th July 2023 to 30th July 2023, your IKEA Family points will be deducted between 7th - 9th August 2023.
    7. If there's insufficient points upon deduction, donations will be deemed as unsuccessful. No points will be deducted from your IKEA Family account and no monetary donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation. You will be notified via your registered email address.
    8. Multiple points pledged per month and/or towards multiple charity organisations are allowed for this campaign.
    9. If you made multiple points pledged in a month and have insufficient points balance in your IKEA Family account, all points pledges in the same month will be deemed as unsuccessful. No points will be deducted from your IKEA Family account and no monetary donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation. A notification will be sent via your registered email address. You will be notified via your registered email address.
    10. For any change of mind of points pledged, you may cancel within 48 hours here. You will not be able to cancel your pledges after 48 hours.
    11. Donations are non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
    12. Donation of IKEA Family points are not applicable for tax deductions in the Philippines.
    13. Community Chest will not receive any personal information about donors.
    14. All existing IKEA Family Philippines T&Cs apply. For more information, please visit here.
    15. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by IKEA Family will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
    16. Members are solely responsible for complying with Philippines legal and tax laws and regulations that may apply to your donation. IKEA shall not be responsible to make any filings or submissions with any government agency on your behalf.
    17. Members acknowledge that they are the donor in this program, and will be acknowledged as such to the charity organization-donees.
    18. IKEA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary and without prior notice.

    1. I do not have an IKEA Family Philippines membership yet. Can I still make a points pledge for donation?
    2. No, you will need to be an IKEA Family member and have 5,000 or more points in your account in order to make a points pledge for donation. If you wish to sign up an IKEA Family account, click here.

    3. What's the value of my IKEA Family points for donation?
    4. For every 5,000 IKEA Family pledged points, 25 pesos will be donated towards your selected charity organisation.

    5. Do all the donations go to the selected charity I pledged?
    6. Yes, 100% of the donations raised goes to your selected charity organisation.

    7. What's the minimum and maximum IKEA Family points that I can pledge for donation?
    8. A minimum of 5,000 IKEA Family points is required in order to make a point pledge. Points can be pledged in denominations of 5,000 or 10,000. You can make multiple points pledges to any of the charity organisations as long as you have sufficient IKEA Family points.

    9. What are the charity organisations that I can pledge with my IKEA Family points?
    10. You can make a donation with your IKEA Family points to the following charity organisations:

      1. Teach for the Philippines
      2. Rise Against Hunger
      3. HERO Foundation
    11. Would I be able to claim tax deductions on my donations?
    12. No, donation of IKEA Family points are not applicable for tax deductions in Philippines.

  4. Pledging of points
    1. Can I pledge more than 10,000 IKEA Family points?
    2. Yes, you can! You can make multiple points pledges via the 'Donation pledge' page in a month.

      Do take note that if you made multiple points pledges in a month and have insufficient points balance in your IKEA Family account, all points pledges will be unsuccessful. No points will be deducted from your IKEA Family account and no monetary donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation. You will be notified via your registered email address once pledged was successful.

    3. Can I pledge to more than 1 charity organisations with my IKEA Family points?
    4. Yes. You can pledge to more than 1 charity organisations as long as you have enough IKEA Family points.

    5. How do I check the list of charities which I have pledged for?
    6. To check your list of pledges, simply Log In to your IKEA Family account and find Donations on the sidebar > My Pledges.

    7. Will my points donation be deducted from my account in real-time?
    8. The points donation or 'pledges' are taken note of every month. They will not be deducted from your account in real-time but instead will be pooled together with all points donations of all members every end of the month.

    9. Can I cancel my points pledge?
    10. You may withdraw any pledges made within 48 hours here. Once the pledge status is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    11. How do I know if my points pledge is successful?
    12. All points pledged will be processed on the last day of the month and points will be deducted from your account within the first 5 – 7 business days of the following month. You will be notified via your registered email address. Monetary donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation.

      e.g.
      If you made a pledge between 1th July 2023 to 31th July 2023, your IKEA Family points will be deducted between 7th - 9th August 2023.

    13. Why is my points pledge unsuccessful?
    14. Points pledge will be deemed unsuccessful if you have insufficient IKEA Family points upon deduction. If you made multiple points pledges in a month and have insufficient points balance in your IKEA Family account, ALL points pledges will be deemed unsuccessful.

      No points will be deducted from your IKEA Family account and no monetary donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation. You will be notified via your registered email address.

    15. What do I do if my point pledge is unsuccessful?
    16. If you have 5,000 or more points in your IKEA Family account, you may make a donation again via the 'Donation Pledge' page.

    17. How do I know that my donation will reach the charity that I donated to?
    18. We will include updates on the charity organization donation via our monthly IKEA Family newsletter. You may also reach our Customer Care team for updates.

    19. Why can't I see anything on my cancellation page?
    20. If you are encountering any issues with your pledges and cancellations, please don't hesitate to reach us at customerservice.ikeaph@ikano.asia

    21. Why can't I see my confirmation and cancellation notification on my email?
