- Can I pledge more than 10,000 IKEA Family points?
Yes, you can! You can make multiple points pledges via the 'Donation pledge' page in a month.
Do take note that if you made multiple points pledges in a month and have insufficient points balance in your IKEA Family account, all points pledges will be unsuccessful. No points will be deducted from your IKEA Family account and no monetary donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation. You will be notified via your registered email address once pledged was successful.
- Can I pledge to more than 1 charity organisations with my IKEA Family points?
Yes. You can pledge to more than 1 charity organisations as long as you have enough IKEA Family points.
- How do I check the list of charities which I have pledged for?
To check your list of pledges, simply Log In to your IKEA Family account and find Donations on the sidebar > My Pledges.
- Will my points donation be deducted from my account in real-time?
The points donation or 'pledges' are taken note of every month. They will not be deducted from your account in real-time but instead will be pooled together with all points donations of all members every end of the month.
- Can I cancel my points pledge?
You may withdraw any pledges made within 48 hours here. Once the pledge status is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- How do I know if my points pledge is successful?
All points pledged will be processed on the last day of the month and points will be deducted from your account within the first 5 – 7 business days of the following month. You will be notified via your registered email address. Monetary donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation.
e.g.
If you made a pledge between 1th July 2023 to 31th July 2023, your IKEA Family points will be deducted between 7th - 9th August 2023.
- Why is my points pledge unsuccessful?
Points pledge will be deemed unsuccessful if you have insufficient IKEA Family points upon deduction. If you made multiple points pledges in a month and have insufficient points balance in your IKEA Family account, ALL points pledges will be deemed unsuccessful.
No points will be deducted from your IKEA Family account and no monetary donations will be made towards your selected charity organisation. You will be notified via your registered email address.
- What do I do if my point pledge is unsuccessful?
If you have 5,000 or more points in your IKEA Family account, you may make a donation again via the 'Donation Pledge' page.
- How do I know that my donation will reach the charity that I donated to?
We will include updates on the charity organization donation via our monthly IKEA Family newsletter. You may also reach our Customer Care team for updates.
- Why can't I see anything on my cancellation page?
